There are always cheaters no matter what, but don't forget about the people getting help when they really need it and then coming back and paying back more than they ever received. I come from a country (Denmark) where some people have made an art out of cheating the system. I have hit rock bottom and in most other countries I wouldn't have been alive today but because of the system we have here I have been given a second chance. Now I work hard pay my taxes and study on the side and I will be able to pay more back than I have ever received from the government and I will pay my 40-50% taxes for the rest of my life and don't have a problem with it because if people before me hadn't done that I wouldn't be here.
Times can suddenly be hard for everyone.
