Thanks but no thanks. It is almost impossible to extricate the entitlement mentality that undergirds most economic tinkering by politicians. No one person can do it. It may take a general dissatisfaction and disgust with statist solutions arising out of hyperinflationary economic stagnation (similar to Jimmy Carter's term in the 70s).
