Sure it does, you are saying that no one wants to work for you to see the long term gain... Of course not, why would someone interested in slow growth, long term gain, building an empire etc, work for someone else and not just for themselves? Either you hire grunt workers who you have to babysit and create a full schedule for who will work for you by the hour, or you go at it solo.
