It looks like he has a TON of domains that are targeting keywords, that are on different servers, serving different pages that all link back to each other. More of a spider trap than anything.
I think Google banned this a while ago, and it looks like he's exploiting the Google script by doing it on .biz and .info now... Possibly the Google ban only applied to old TLDs?
