There's your secret folks... he designs his own tours and probably even sets up the join pages as well. This is nothing new.... if you ever worked in mainstream, you'd already be doing this because the sponsor gives you NOTHING to work with.
I'm just a lazy bitch and a part timer at that. So I just send to sponsor, but I agree that if I did the same thing, i'd probably double or triple my income pretty easily.
