Anyone who has ever left their apartment for even a few minutes and who can interact with other people without a heavy does of Lithium knows that the world is composed of competing interest groups and who are in a constant state of conflict, hence well orchestrated global conspiracies are not possible. Anyone who pays taxes or has dealings with any government agency in any country knows that government bureaucracies are barely capable of collecting taxes and then giving it away to their friends. There is not a government agency on the planet capable of keeping a big secret or operating in an efficient or stealthy manner. Even the fucking NKVD had to execute a bunch of its agents every few years to keep people quiet.
