I've been looking into yoga lately, funny enough. How's it working out for you? I need to find something to do with my time, yoga does appeal to me. I recently cut down on ciggarettes big time. I went from a pack and a half a day to less then 7 smokes per day in just under a week. My marijuana intake has sky rocketed since then however. I dont know why I bother though, I'm smoking way to much to actually enjoy it like it is ment to be enjoyed. My beer intake is also going up.
I've always enjoyed more physical activities, but it's still to cold to be outside for to long. Thats why i've been looking into yoga.
