And for sextube it is registered and should be protected, of course. But the registration could be vulnerable. "Sex" is descriptive as well as "tube". The combination of both could be descriptive also.

from what i read hardsextube had there trademark first... just because it wasn't trademarked in the US doesn't give sextube the right to snatch it. he needs a new trademark lawyer that knows how to do global TM searches before sending out C&D letters.
