The local anesthetic worked well, the extraction didn't take long and wasn't all that uncomfortable. But now six hours later, I am hurting!
Tylenol with codeine is helping a little, but it still hurts. They told me not to spit! Yeah right, I have thick fucking drool practically choking me. And I was told to eat something before taking the Tylenol with codeine. Not sure what they are thinking, I don't actually want to move my jaw. I was just able to open up and drink a protein shake to coat my stomach a bit so the Tylenol wouldn't make me nauseous. But eating anything even semi-solid is out for tonight at least! Now I have put some more fucking cold ice on my jaw to reduce swelling, yippee! Have to film two scenes tomorrow, that's going to be fun.

My heart goes out to you man. Nothing sucks worse than oral surgery.
