Shap is not a good guy. You keep thinking that though. These are lies, to placate you and make you think he's a "good guy." You'll discover the truth to this situation when it comes out, and I bet it's got selective enforcement written all over it.
There's nothing good about trademarking a generic domain, and then start using it as a weapon to take other generic keyword domains. If you own any generic domains, you'll see what it's like when someone tries to steal yours.
