Wait so you knowingly reg'd a site that you knew was trade marked, to do what? And tell everyone because why you think the law wont apply to you.. Oh man.. You do know that this could open things up for more then just using someone's TM right.

Your site doesn't have adult content on it so it does not reach the same market.. Why not make it an adult site?
