It seems to me this company was trying to trademark squat, i agree. I just found it curious that you regged sextube tm a week after they filed for pornotube using sextube as the filing name? Is this just pure luck or is there more to the story ? I'm not trying to accuse you of anything bad , just asking because the whole reasoning seems cloudy.
Did you just randomly pick that date to file , were you warned someone was trying to trademark your domain name ? if so how did you find out. The other sextube appears they were incorporated in nevada as sextube well before you applied for the tm on sextube. You mentioned in the other thread about already fighting this company for officialsextube.com ( still up and owned by them it appears )
Were you tipped off by a trademark lawyer ? did you file for the tm after doing a search and seeing their application ?
