I'd stay away from them. After doing just a little bit of google research, it's being promoted as a complete scam. Now, I don't know if it is or not, but I wouldn't try using them.
what is really funky is they have a bot that posts on forums as the same username saying the same thing. It says, I use ctopay, hit them up, they're great ( in a nutshell )
Unless they have a reseller program, this looks shady to me.
