I don't think it's possible for a president to be as bad as Bush. I'm not sure he really did anything right in his whole 8 years in office. Maybe the original foray into Afghanistan in the name of going after the terrorists who did 9/11 but even that became only ousting the Taliban and keeping them out of power.
