I have this issue. There is a ccbill sponsor I tried to promote. Didn't give me any results. Ratio is on 0 : 10436 right now. So I dropped them. Today I got a rebill from that sponsor. But I never made 1 sale at all, so that looked strange to me.
I contacted ccbill about this matter and they tell me to contact the owner of the site to find out what happened. To quote ccbill : It appears that the webmaster assigned you to this sale. Please contact them for more information.
I will contact him of course but I was wondering. How many of you guys ever got a rebill before you ever made a single sale with that sponsor ?
