Here are the total affiliate stats from January 01 2008 to present
for all affiliate traffic to a gay site that I work with helping them to increase their earnings. (posted with client permission)
That's ALL affiliate traffic, including TGP & some (not a lot) of tube traffic.
It's not easy to run a blended report with this system so,
house traffic (including organic search) is not included in this report.
House traffic converts even better, but of course it contains some type-in & repeat customers.
The real value of this site though is in its retention, more than the conversions.

It's in HD, with nice HD streaming as well (even nicer than current tour).
I know you asked for ref links, but they don't have one and I wind up doing the affiliate optimization for them at the end of the day.
