are incorrect simplifications, I might be as old as you are, and as I age I become smarter and even more sure of my desire for freedom and not to be trapped by marriage contracts and the such, and it has nothing to do with "machismo"

that really has nothing to do with it either, as I've had extremely good women, thinking back I can remember at least twice I have lived with incredibly good women for a few years each, and it always gets to the point that my freedom is the most important thing to me, and it doesn't matter how good the woman is, I come to the realization of how important that freedom is and need to move on, and I have had great fantastic loyal loving women but that doesn't make it something that you want to give up the rest of your life for.
I am just lucky that in my youthful exuberance I wasn't stupid enough to get a marriage contract so that when my urge to move on to regain my freedom became overwhelming it wasn't as big of a problem to leave.
Life is too short to waste it with one partner
