Look on the bright side: Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Barney Frank, and Franklin Raines helped alot of poor people in urban areas get mortgages. So, what if they couldn't afford them?
YOU, the taxpayer will always bail them out.
If you don't lend to them.. you are racists.
And, alot of their buddies like Senator Chris Dodd got sweetheart loans.
