I can't speak for Minnie's situation, but I only really had the time to address my problem with John's studio over the past 2 weeks because of moving/going on leave. I did phone in about it, but I know you get the best results dealing with people directly.
I put some time aside the past 2 days and was able to get this resolved very quickly with Tim (The Hand) and Eli (from the broadcasters department). I encourage all models to be proactive about any problems they have with studios or anything else really. I was able to resolve this issue just by explaining my problem in a matter of minutes really.
Thank you to the guys at Video Secrets for listening to my situation. I know they work with lots of studios and models, but they clearly realize that webcam models make their business and I didn't feel ignored the whole time I talked with them.
I'm in the industry to work hard and do good business, so I'm glad further drama was averted here
