I wouldnt say WCC doesnt pay they just didnt pay you or perhaps they did and the wire came back and now its in limbo because the company was sold or if it was a check maybe it was returned.
Hell, I have at least one check a month I have to track down the affiliate and get his corrected address and sometimes it was correct on the check just sent back because of human error

That is exactly it. Thanks, Tanker for the extra info. Only one payment is missing, and the payment is showing as sent to epass, but for some reason it hasn't shown up at its destination. We're still working on getting Yoba's situation resolved to satisfaction.
