Thats how I see it and why I take the time to report him. What people dont realize is if this google spammer and all other spammers were eliminated from doing what they do, all honest webmasters would see their sales increase 50 - 100x.
Wont happen anytime soon though. So best one can do is just report him and keep on with your own projects.
