You know damn well if he talked his friends into getting a membership they aren't rebilling. "Legitimately" doesn't apply here. Sending family or friends is against the TOS of most programs.

Its not the programs fault they aren't rebilling. Its the affiliate using the "sign up under my link and cancel" sales technique. He shouldn't see a dime. If hes paid and terminated for unproductive traffic he can rinse wash and repeat the same scam over and over using numerous epass accounts, aliases etc.
