I still haven't heard any republican offer a good explanation for why a 35% tax rate that was set by President Bush is a good, capitalist top tax rate....and how the 39.6% rate proposed by President Obama is a bad, onerous, socialist, redistributive tax rate.
I had no idea 4.6% was such a profound number. You go from capitalist to socialist just by crossing that line.
