The whole thing is pretty stupid though. I didn't come here bashing them or anything, I just asked that long ticked times were the norm (cause I just moved there). And in return they call me a liar.

By implying that one of the best hosts in the business is doing a half ass job on a low level ticket you are absolutely bashing them. Especially because it's not true.
