Actually yes, it does seem a bit long (for the kind of support that is advertised. every BRO here claims to have had tickets done in 5 mins).
I have a box at ISprime and RealityCheck and stuff like that usually takes about 10 mins.
But whatever, shit happens. Jim is saying the box was new, bla bla.
The thing that put me over the edge was 3.5 hours response time to my followup question. And then Jim calling me a liar and basically make it sound like everything was my own fault.
