This is very misleading. Here's a free tip, when trying to create drama and throw someone under the bus, it helps if what you're saying is the unadulterated truth.
When you over exaggerate your claims, it makes it look like you have an axe to grind and people won't take your criticism of the company seriously.
You make it seem like your ticket was sitting in the queue unanswered for 5 hours...nobody had looked at it....that's a lie.
You're the one who chose
MEDIUM IMPORTANCE, for the ticket. That means the techs on duty will clear out every high importance and critical importance ticket before they get to yours. You are the one who chose to put yourself towards the bottom of the queue, and then bitch because it wasn't done in 5 minutes.
