I care because every BRO here had said that their support was exceptional. It wasn't in my case, that's why I asked if those ticket response times were normal.

I didn't want to create drama. It became drama when every BRO including the owner dogpiled on me. It's not my problem that you read thing and perceive them some different way. I never said that the ticked sit there for 5 hours without response. I said the ticked was opened for 5 hours and still not resolved. If you loog up the logs, their response to my folowup question took 3.5 hours.

Well, what the fuck? Am I supposed to put in a "CRITICAL IMPORTANCE" for a fucking email setup? I ahd done something like that on another host, and they bitched me out because CRITICAL was reserved for "Server Down". So from then on I've been using appropriate importance subjects.
