Ok so I'm switching to a VPS right now,
work order was being processed over the weekend.
Every time I try to contact my account manager it takes TOO long for me to hear back from him.. I'm having a real tough time getting in touch with him these days, he just now got back with me from two weeks of no returned e-mails.
I'm not trying to cause trouble or be a complaining prick, but I've had an important time schedule that I need to stick to here.. only after almost a month of complaining about the apache's overloading due to too much force.. did anyone take a proper look at it and even suggest vps.
I was told the setup fee would be waived for my troubles, but sure enough I got billed.
All I'm looking for is a little bit of customer care and support for the transition to VPS. I'm having a tough time getting in touch with my account manager in a timely fashion.
Basically I'm just ill-informed, and I need someone to give me 5 minutes of explanation.. that's all.
