Actually just last night they covered on all broadcasts (5pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 11pm) about some kid who is off to the Scrips spelling bee in DC after winning all of the local and regional shit.

Where I live we only have 1 pro team, an NBA team, so the sports does a segment about them every night then stuff about the local colleges. I would say our sports stuff is about 3-5 minutes total.

No major sports team here. Just high school, community colleges, and well that's it. Still do not need to hear so much and play by play crap about NBA, NFL, NBL, NHL, and for all I know bocce ball.
