Funny you say Ponzi...... Social Security, the way it is structured, is a giant Ponzi scheme. Same with Chinese/Arabs buying Treasury bills.
The thing to remember about Ponzi schemes is if a govt is running one, it must be legit. It's only illegal if private individuals run them.
