for the way you helped me after I wrote in to close my account.
Your staff were consummate professionals. I was given full and compete access to everything that was necessary to move data from 2 servers. And I was given that access without any drama at all.
The way you handled a closing account means that Phatservers would certainly be a top contender for future hosting needs.
I cannot say the same thing about all your competition. One 'top notch' host shut off my access with nearly a week of paid time left on my account.
So kudos. You deserve them.
note: my move away from them had nothing to do w/ drama, I merely moved to be with company servers.
