There are no laws against selling information for profit, companies do it all of the time.
I would also expect that you should be required to prove that Sands got the information from ETU-Cash as your making an accusation about the program without proof. He never stated where he got the information and he very well could of got it many places. I know he made no post of offering such in any capacity as an affiliate rep or for the company.
