All they care about is managing their site and making money - they'll let someone else deal with the server stuff.

Are hosts like us, Mojo and some of the other great "no control panel" hosts mentioned here for everyone? Of course not. But there is a pretty large demand for us hosts that do a lot of hand holding. Just because a host doesn't offer a control panel doesn't mean that they are a sub-par host.
