Well, the issue just got bigger. After digging deeper I found that he has used the content in question on his FHG. The new DMCA which ccbill, webair and he just got is 47 pages long and affects Unrealbank.com. objectfreaks.com, ratherextreme.com, fistingking.com devilspen.com, shockingextreme.com and fistordie.com.
Ccbill downloaded it directly while I was talking to them and webair has escalated it to their management telling me I should here back from them in the next 4-5 hours.
Since he took down the very first little DMCA I know he's aware of it, I hit him up on ICQ no response, nor has he tried to contact me via email about the issue. So I was left with no choice.
Had he been a man, and lived up to what he said back in the beginning we would not be here today.
