It also helps to have a lot of lingerie, high heels, stockings, costumes, etc. There are many people who are into certain niches and want you to dress and play the part. Most cam gilrs do not start out at a high rate. Your rates go up over time. If you start out with high rates, most of the members will not get a show unless you are a porn star. On webcam sites you can not mention or promote your website.
