Yes, Obama is center/right when it comes to most things.
Republicans established the precedent and made this kind of thing possible - trust them to whine the most when all the politicians that follow, for decades to come, continue the practices that republicans established.
Hopefully the backlash from the techno-libertarians will convince Obama not to act like a republican.
