I have never had a single complaint over the years on watermark, other than when we had first started people asked me to shift it a bit. We did. Have not heard anything since.
Same with DivX. To hear most of the board tell it. If they use DivX or Xvid then they are bombarded with complaints. I get maybe a half dozen who contact me. I provide them instructions for the codec. End of problem.
They typically just contact me to tell me they can hear but not see, or vice versa. Then they do the codec, and never hear from them again on complaints.
