Have a Dedicated Hosting Plan
I guess I don't have a managed plan with a built-in number of hours of support time. They didn't even warn me about the charges at the time. Just showed up on the invoice!
I got a pretty strong quote from TechieMedia that claims they don't charge separately for support at all. It looks like Techie has a good reputation here on the boards but it is hard to tell who is a company shill and who is a legit poster sometimes.
