so rather then monitizize bit torrent you advocate establishing a draconian law that would treat you like a criminal if you have a song on your ipod and don't (for example) carry around all the cd you ripped those song from.

ok the government roots around your hard drive, makes a master list of all the porn you have on it. Demands that you produce proof you bought it (see public record) and you don't see how that embarressment would cause you to buy less porn.

paul it has nothing to do with making something that is legal illegal, the fact is piracy is illegal now, it about taking away your right to privacy because of the possiblity that you are guilty of a crime.
