p.s. their live support feature is the coolest shit ever.....if you're not into submitting tickets, you get a live tech support guy 24-7, 365 in a lil IM window & they respond within usually 10-15 seconds

I have to agree that their live support is second to none. Anything I need gets done within a few minutes. I have never had another host that handles routine support stuff so quickly with true 24/7 response. I have tried other hosts and am always disappointed because I expected the same live support that Webair offers.
