Hmmm well, I always use regular sponges since that's what they generally have on set for us girls. Some of the girls like to use INSTEADS which is the same thing as DIVA cups but not reusable and they advertise that they can be used during intercourse. I really don't see the difference between the two and have had "tippage" hehe yuck!
The regular sponges have always worked like a dream for me that I use them when I am not working too. However here is a quote from the site about using them during intercourse.
"4. For your Comfort and Convenience
Sponge tampons are very comfortable, soft and textured like the vaginal wall. Many women report they do not even feel their sponge. Sponges are naturally very absorbent, and some women even use them during intercourse."
