just curious, what have you read bad about ccBill? we've been using them exclusively for almost three years now and never had one problem w/ them... in comparison to the other players, ccBill is gold. no late checks, no bounced checks, no headaches... hell, they even refund the entire VISA fee to you..!
as for 2CheckOut.com, never even heard of them... but you should be very wary of the really small processor operations, many of them seem to come and go these days, leaving a trail of bloodied webmasters in their wake..
