It was a deal gone bad back a few months ago. I had a problem at home and couldn't finish the work. I offered to do the work completely free of charge. I believe what I had done at the time was sent to him.

As I said I was going to do it free of charge, but then he started sending me emails that would suggest he's being rude or extremely impatient.

I understand that this is business and things need to be complete. But 1 - He never paid me 2 - I was trying to find time to get him what he wanted.

So calling me a fraud is beyond ridiculous and I did try to make it up to him, however I decided NOT TO FINISH the work after getting those rude emails. His emails suggest I should get out of the business before he takes this publicly.

So he's still trying to out me for a service that was never paid for and was attempted to be repaid free by myself. I always ask for payment after services are performed, so fraud was definitely not a motive.

I have more staff now that can take on a bigger work load. I have done the best I could to eliminate family matters aside from my business affairs.

I would never attack you so why are you still attacking me? I'm on neutral ground. You can have your opinion about me and my services but I can't see what you're getting out of outing me over a deal that was never complete.

Either you're going to attack me some more or you're going to be the bigger person and end this nonsense. Other than this problem months ago, I have nothing against you.

Anyway I have to work, ttyl.

For the record my new sites made: $300-600 per month (last about $570ish) prior to this month. This month is a good one as I finally hit not only the $1000 mark but the $2000 mark, give or take.
