Need an established website with $500 monthly revenue apprasial
Ive been thinking of selling my smallest yet big tube site, but not sure how much I could get out of it, since I never sold any of my sites before
its hard to let go of her, but been a webmaster for a while and its getting old, atleast this site is.. looking to move on to other niches
anyway, the site gets approximately $500 or more a month in revenue
revenue comes mostly from AdultAdWorld popunders & CPM programs, with about $300 with them
the other $200 always comes in from ccbill promoting niche-related paysites
it gets about 5k-10k UV daily most from USA/CAN/UK
niche is teens & paysite chicks like camwithher.com models
its PR2 & alexa (like it even matters) is in the 80,000 range
site is about 1 1/2 years old with good SEO
server cost is $150 a month, but my server managers are awesome and give me deals for $283 for 3 months due to the economy
I dont want to give out the URL, since im not sure if I want to sell it or not
but how much could I get out of it? It always atleast gets $500 and never no less a month, sometimes even more
& wheres the best place to get the sale?
