why not included multiple ideas? blog, reviews, community, TGP? With 1 or more functions on one site you will be able to draw in alot of natural traffic. Just set it up the right way and surfers will find your site very usable and worth the visit.
Just a thought, but trial and error will tell you which direction to go in time........
