If a ATM eats the card what usually happens is that the bank will cut up the card and send it to us. This is because the ATM owner can not see why the card was eaten.
If your card is eaten by the ATM contact the owner of the ATM and ask them if they will return it to you if they receive a fax from us stating its OK to return the card. If they will get a fax number and contact me and we will do what we can to assist.
