Im not looking to get laid with hot chicks i would not otherwise be able too. In fact because of my other business and because i have friends with big mouths, i frequently get approached by women looking to make a quick buck. They hear that i have a website next thing i know Im getting questions. How much i make, how easy is it, how much could they make etc etc...
I work also part-time at a job (im a busy guy) with mostly all male staff with money (pornographers paradise, not mcds ) Of course me being the enterprising person i am i have showed these guys my site. Some love it and sign up there on the spot on my laptop. Others go out and blab to others and chicks, so thats how i get so many inquiries.
Ok, back to the main premise i explain to people that im just a affiliate etc etc but they wont stop/ dont understand. Truthfully i really dont want to be on camera but this seems the cheapest and quickest way to get set up. Also i think my 2 biggest questions were: How profitable will or can it be for the single operator, and the risk involved. I love adult i have made some decent extra change from it probably could make more doing what i do now, but like i said i im interested in truly "owning" a business.
Oh back to the employees deal: I had 17 employees at one point this year (mainstream), so i know plenty. Thanks.
I didn't go "off" on you, I said I was going to be brutally honest as to how your post looked. A lot of people want to do this and some can pull it off and do a great job and make good money in the process, Jay Rock for example. He took things serious and did the right thing he invested a bunch in gear and started creating great content and seems to be doing well. But 95% of the people that come on here saying they want to start shooting pov content they do it for the wrong reasons.

If you have some resources to shoot never before seen girls and can keep that flow going and you shoot quality stuff then sure you can do well. As long as you keep in mind that at the end of the day you need to have money in your pocket, if you got your nut off on top of it then that's a bonus. Most only worry about getting their nut off though.

I also wished you good luck, which I wish everyone that wants to start, because i know how hard it is.
