I just had words with some bitch who was letting her dog use my side yard as a toilet, driving my own dogs crazy in the process.
I gave her a bag and nicely asked her to pick it up. I'm guessing she realized that it was either pick it up or wear it....so she picked it up and went on her way. Mumbling under her breath.
