But according to your all advice, they won't test at all. Well, looks like I'll be smoking this weekend.

What they check for in the lab depends on what the doctor orders. If he runs a full blood work panel, they may very well check for everything. Which could include drugs in your system. Better to cut off the weed until after your test.
