craigslist is currently taking legal action against the producers of CL posting software. On top of that they are starting to look into taking legal action against individual CL posters. The latest I've heard on the situation is that CL's attorneys are attempting to subpoena the producers for the customer lists. if you want to post en mass to CL, I'd either look at outsourcing it to manual posters, or setting up custom script.
